Delivery Information

At Alex Monroe, each piece of jewellery is lovingly handmade in England by a team of highly skilled jewellers. Some pieces available on our website are made specially to order, so please allow additional time for these items.

Delivery times apply to in-stock items only.

UK Delivery

• Next Day Delivery is available for working days only.
• Orders must be placed before 1pm GMT/BST to qualify for Next Day Delivery.
• Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day.
• For example: to receive an order on a Tuesday, please place your order by Monday before 1pm. For Monday delivery, please order by Friday before 1pm.

International Delivery

• Delivery times vary by destination. Please allow additional time for international orders.
• US customers: Duties and taxes are collected at checkout, so there are no surprise charges on delivery.
• EU customers: No VAT or import duties are charged on your order.

Made to Order

• Some pieces are made specially to order and will have extended lead times. Estimated dispatch times will be shown on the product page.
